Cottrell Solensky, P.A.

Cottrell Solensky, P.A. is an AV® Peer Review Rated law firm serving insurance carriers and self-insureds in state and federal courts across New Jersey and New York. Founded by Floyd G. Cottrell in 2003, the firm is built on a commitment to fostering close working relationships with clients. This is achieved through comprehensive communications centered on honest, early, and frequent risk assessment in all litigation matters. The firm is creative when seeking cost-effective case resolution, but also prepared to fight a lawsuit to verdict or appeal if necessary. The firm’s ten attorneys are also skilled in mediation and arbitration. Alternative dispute resolution techniques are pursued frequently in an effort to minimize the cost of litigation and achieve early case resolution.

Several times each year, clients call upon Cottrell Solensky, P.A. to immediately dispatch a team of attorneys, investigators, and experts in such varied fields as accident reconstruction, personal injury, fire cause and origin, truck safety, or premises security to an accident scene in New Jersey or the greater New York area.
