John has been practicing for twenty-five years and has extensive trial experience taking more than 75 civil cases to verdict. His practice is focused on civil litigation and insurance defense in the primary areas of trucking & transportation, construction and product liability. John is a seasoned speaker to the trucking and construction industries. He routinely lectures to multiple national, regional and local trucking and design professional industries on legal matters. Bill’s practice of thirty years is concentrated in trucking and transportation, product liability, environmental and toxic torts, construction and other complex litigation. Bill’s clients include general contractors, architects, and engineers, product manufacturers, trucking companies and insurance and surety companies.
