Patrick has spent his career handling insurance defense claims and litigation for numerous insurance carriers and their insureds. He always keeps his clients’ best interests as the top priority and ensures that they are always well informed and kept up to date.

Throughout his career, Patrick has successfully defended cases through Trial (Jury and Bench) and the Appellate process, obtaining a favorable decision from the Nebraska Supreme Court. He also leads training sessions on insurance defense law, including CLE and CEU credits, for arenas of professional organizations, as well as directly to insurance professionals.

Patrick is a graduate of Creighton University (2004) and Creighton University School of Law (2007). He is licensed to practice law in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, and Arizona. Patrick is a member of the Claim and Litigation Management Alliance and Defense Research Institute. He is also a board member of the Omaha Chapter of the American Red Cross and an avid supporter of local and national charities.

Bob is a trial lawyer whose career has revolved around advocacy and service. As a proven defender of the medical professions, Bob’s ’s emphasis is on defending physicians, hospitals, and other health care professionals, and has successfully defended malpractice lawsuits and provider license matters across Nebraska and Iowa.

Between 1999 and 2019, Bob successfully tried over 40 solo civil jury trials, including areas such as probate, medical malpractice defense and personal injury litigation. He has argued numerous appellate matters to the Nebraska Court of Appeals, the Nebraska Supreme Court, the Iowa Supreme Court, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Lincoln (1994) and the University of Nebraska College of Law (1997). He is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Iowa. Bob is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Omaha Bar Association, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association, the Defense Research Institute,
and the Omaha Barristers. He is also an “AV Preeminent” rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell.

Dan represents employers and insurance companies in all areas of workers’ compensation law, including non-litigated file review and negotiation, litigation, mediation, settlements, and appeals. He has defended claims for permanent total disability, dependent death benefits and significant lifetime medical benefits. Before the Nebraska Court of Appeals, he successfully
argued a dismissal of a claim for benefits by an independent contractor.

Ever mindful of the challenges facing employers and insurers in a changing legal landscape, Dan strives to offer practical solution-based advice to his clients and utilize cost-efficient litigation strategies. Dan represents employers across the spectrum, from mom-and-pop operations to national corporations. He is a frequent presenter to employers, insurers and business organizations on local and regional workers’ compensation topics and trends.

Dan is a graduate of St. Louis University (2002) and St. Louis University School of Law (2005). He is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and South Dakota and is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Omaha Bar Association, and the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association.

Lyndsey has spent her career focused on insurance defense and general liability defense. She is attentive and advocates for the best interests of her clients throughout all stages of litigation.

Born and raised in the St. Louis area, Lyndsey received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She was a consultant in Washington D.C., before moving to Omaha to attend Creighton University School of Law.

Though Lyndsey is licensed to practice law in Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri, she has given numerous presentations to employers and insurers in the surrounding areas. Lyndsey is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Omaha Bar Association, and the Iowa State Bar Association.

Lyndsey is actively involved in the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation and serves as the ambassador for the Nebraska chapter.

Dru focuses his practice on insurance defense, corporate representation, and estate planning. He approaches every case with strategic thinking, collaborative communication, and attention to detail. Dru routinely advises clients in business transactions, formations, and business insurance considerations. He regularly presents on business insurance matters, including best practices for workers’ compensation defense and general litigation strategies.

Dru received his Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Policy from Creighton University. He earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. Dru is licensed to practice law in Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association and the Claims and Litigation Alliance.

Dru currently serves on the Board of the Nebraska Claims Association as President Elect. He is also actively involved with the Omaha Chapter of the American Red Cross and serves on the Board’s Philanthropy Committee.
