Floyd Cottrell was born in the Bronx, New York and attended Fordham College and Fordham University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and founder and managing partner of Cottrell Solensky P.A. He is certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court and the National Bureau of Trial Advocacy and tried over 70 cases to verdict. He is a past President of the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inns of Court and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Retail & Restaurant Defense Association (“NRRDA”).

Thom Kramer is Director of Internet Presence Department at Marshall Investigative Group and has been involved in the insurance investigative industry for more than 30 years. Thom has been a featured subject matter expert at trade conferences, association meetings and on national and syndicated television shows including CBS’s The Early Show and Real TV.

Kari Williamson is the owner and chief executive of MKC Medical Management (MKCMM), a leading legal nurse consulting company. Victor Hertz (Moderator) is the CEO of Legal Language Services. During his tenure at LLS the company has expanded to provide litigation support services including translation, interpreting, transcription, non-emergency medical transportation and consulting on international litigation. LLS works with adjusters throughout the US both on-site and remotely.
