John E. Kocke, RN, BS, MSN, CCM, CLCP, CMSP, is president of CoreCare Management and has more than 27 years’ experience in managed care consulting, to include legal and litigation assistance as an expert witness. Since 2004, John has taught Life Care Planning and Medicare Set-Asides through the Legal Nurse Consulting courses offered at Louisiana State University and the University of South Alabama. John is a licensed registered nurse with certifications in Case Management, Life Care Planning and Medicare Set-Asides.

Karl Weisheit, CPA, CFF, CVA, is a forensic accountant with more than 30 years of public accounting, consulting and management experience. As Executive Vice President – Director of Litigation at Lowers Forensics International, Karl focuses on calculating and analyzing damage claims, providing testimony as a financial damages expert witness in federal and state courts, and arbitration proceedings. Karl has authored numerous reports and provided expert witness services to attorneys in trial settings, including the preparation for and rebuttal of opposing experts.

Victor Hertz (Moderator) is the CEO of Legal Language Services. During his tenure at LLS the company has expanded to provide litigation support services including translation, interpreting, transcription, non-emergency medical transportation and consulting on international litigation. LLS works with adjusters throughout the US both on-site and remotely.
